Your board is asking about AI. Leave with a decision, not a deck.
I help CEOs and boards decide where to invest in AI, what to stop funding and which revenue is about to disappear. Every engagement uses the Five Cs of Disappearance to find which forces are already acting on your business, and how fast.
When you need this
- Your board has asked for an AI plan, and nobody owns the answer.
- Vendors are pitching AI tools, and you can't tell which ones will pay back.
- Pilots are multiplying across departments, and nobody decides which to stop.
- A competitor, or a customer, is starting to do with AI what you sell them.
- You suspect part of your revenue is at risk, but not which part or how soon.

AI Decision Session
$2,500 · 90 minutes
You leave with a yes, a no or a "not yet" on one AI decision, and a written memo explaining why that you can show your team or board.
Best for: a CEO or founder facing one specific question, such as whether to buy a tool, fund a project or respond to a competitor.
- A short intake form, so the session starts with your facts
- 1 live session, 90 minutes
- A 2-page decision memo within 2 business days
- 1 follow-up by email within 30 days
- The full fee is credited if you book a workshop or sprint within 30 days
If you don't think the session was worth the fee, tell me at the end of the call and I'll refund it in full.
Leadership AI Workshop
$4,500 half day · $7,500 full day · On-site or remote
Your leadership team leaves with one shared view of how AI threatens and helps your business, and three concrete moves for the next 30 days, each with an owner.
Best for: leadership teams that disagree on AI, or that have never discussed it together in a structured way.
- A short pre-read and interviews with 2 leaders before the day
- A Five Cs session on your own industry: which of the five forces is already acting on you
- Prioritization of your AI opportunities and risks
- Full day adds: a draft AI position your CEO can present to the board, and a review of current vendor proposals
- A written summary with the three moves and their owners within 3 business days
- The full fee is credited if you book a sprint within 60 days
AI Decision Sprint
$24,000 · Fixed fee · 3 weeks
In three weeks your leadership team agrees on one AI strategy that your board can approve. You know which revenue is at risk and when, which projects to fund first and which to stop.
Best for: companies that need a board-ready AI strategy fast, without a months-long consulting project.
What you'll have by week 3
- A Five Cs assessment of your business: which forces threaten which revenue, and how soon
- A ranked map of AI opportunities and revenue at risk, with the value of each
- Your recommended first move, with its business case
- A list of what to stop funding, and what that saves
- A 90-day plan and a 6-month roadmap, each with owners
- A 90-minute readout for your board or executive team
How it runs
Week 1: Interviews with up to 6 leaders and a review of your numbers.
Week 2: A half-day workshop with your leadership team to test the findings.
Week 3: The strategy, the plan and the board readout.
Board and CEO Advisory
$9,500 per month · 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice · $95,000 for 12 months paid upfront
You stop paying for AI projects and vendors that won't deliver. Every major AI decision is checked before money is spent, and your roadmap stays tied to the business, not the hype.
Best for: companies with an internal team or vendor delivering AI work that want senior judgment on the big calls.
- 2 executive sessions per month, 90 minutes each
- 1 written decision memo per month
- Review of up to 3 vendor proposals, budgets or plans per month
- A monthly roadmap update
- Email access, with replies within 2 business days
- 1 quarterly briefing for your board or leadership team
If in the first 30 days you feel I'm not delivering what this page promises, tell me and I'll refund that month.
Fractional Chief AI Officer
$25,000 per month · 6-month minimum
AI gets an owner at your leadership table. Within six months you have a working strategy, governance and risk rules, the right vendors and hires, and a team that knows how to use AI. The role is designed to end within 6 to 12 months, when a permanent owner takes over a function that already works.
Best for: companies where AI now affects strategy, budget and hiring, but which aren't ready to recruit a full-time Chief AI Officer. If you already have a strong internal AI leader, Board and CEO Advisory is the better fit.

- Training for leadership and teams, and preparing your permanent AI owner
What I don't do
- Manage your engineering team day to day

Time: up to 2 days per week with your leadership team, including up to 2 site visits per month.
AI Build Project
On request · Scope and pricing agreed before work starts
You know what you need, and nothing off the shelf fits. I scope it, price it and build it: AI agents, workflows and internal tools, running in your business.
Best for: companies that need software they own, built around their business.
Build projects go through my AI studio Pavoreal.ai and are quoted separately from advisory engagements.
Keynotes
On request · Keynote, fireside chat or panel
Your audience leaves able to see which of the five forces are already acting on their own industry, and what to do about it.
- The Five Cs of Disappearance
- What Survives When Learning Moves Into AI
- Who Decides What Is Human
Pair a keynote with a Leadership AI Workshop the same week for the executive team, at 20% off the workshop.
Who this is not for
- Companies looking for developers or a build team. That work goes through Pavoreal.ai.
- Teams that want a long report rather than a decision.
- Companies that have already decided and want someone to confirm it.
