What data we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your first name, last name and email address. We do not collect data through third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we process it
Your name and email are used solely to send you the newsletter. The lawful basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing through the link in every email.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your email address and name are removed from the list.
Service providers
The website is hosted and served by Lovable. Subscriber names and email addresses are stored in a database hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the EU, and newsletter and confirmation emails are sent through the email service connected to notify.sahra-josephine.com. These providers process data only on instruction and under data processing agreements.
Embedded video and fonts
Some pages embed a video from YouTube. The video only loads after you click play, and it is embedded in YouTube's no-cookie mode, so no YouTube cookies are set unless you start the video. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
Server logs and transfers
Our hosting provider records standard technical log data such as IP address, browser type and requested page, for security and to keep the site running. Some providers are based outside the EU/EEA; in those cases transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed to remember your language preference and to keep you signed in to the admin area. We do not use analytics, marketing or third-party tracking cookies. No consent is required for essential cookies, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to sahrajosephinehjorth@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with how your data is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
